Commercial Mediation

Mark Forman
As a lawyer with 20 years experience Mark is cognisant of the need to adopt a pragmatic and commercial approach to litigation.

He is able to use his experience in order to instil such an approach in the parties to a dispute and will do so in manner which is sufficiently robust but also reasonable and calm.

Due to being a practising lawyer, Mark has an advantage over most mediators, namely an up to date and working knowledge of the substantive law and procedural rules governing civil and commercial disputes, in particular the Jackson Reforms.

Eamonn Sexton
Éamonn practises law within the field of Civil Litigation but primarily in those actions involving both injury and loss.

Having trained at The London School of Mediation, however, he is also an accredited Mediator and keen to champion its virtues of allowing the participants to control the outcome of a dispute, rather than having one imposed upon them by a Court of Law.
